Student Success: Group Exhibition – Summer 2014 Alumni

This week sees the opening of a group show by five students from our Summer 2014 program. Showcasing a diverse collection, the work explores the layers of history unveiled in the art and architecture of Rome.

Rome contains the culture of more than two millennia, from the classical to the contemporary; it is more than a city, it is a museum. The artists have engaged with the events, history and characters immortalised in the art and architecture and have considered the influence of light and space that suffuses the setting, culminating in an exhibition capturing the essence of this eternal city.

The show runs from the 23rd – 29th April 2015 at The Underdog Gallery in South East London.

The private view is at 6.00pm on Thursday 23rd April and there is a Curator talk on Friday 24th April at 6.30pm.

If you are in London and wish to come along then admission is free and RAP alumni and friends are welcome.
